Fresh Start Ministries of Tampa Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization founded by Pastors Charles and Betty Williams, who bring over four decades of spiritual and social counseling experience to those impacted by the criminal justice system. Fresh Start was founded on the belief that anyone can be transformed and rehabilitated by the power and love of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. No one is beyond redemption. Through their 3-prong approach to ministry, they have touched and transformed the lives of thousands of incarcerated men and women.

Fresh Start Ministries, in partnership with their generous donors, have donated thousands of bags of hygiene and essential items to incarcerated women.
Their ministry has touched the lives of women in every Florida state prison, as well as several of the work release centers and work camps.
